Foluso Phillips
Chairman
Foluso Phillips has been engaged in the UK, Nigeria and wider Sub-Saharan Africa as a financial manager, financial adviser and organisation development consultant, working in manufacturing and service organisations. He is the founder and Chairman/CEO of Phillips Consulting Limited, a management consulting firm with offices in Nigeria, South Africa and the UK.
Prior to Phillips Consulting, he was the Group General Manager of SCOA Plc, and previously spent 6 years with Coopers & Lybrand International in the UK working on a variety of international assignments.
He holds directorships in Nigerian South African Chamber of Commerce, the Nigeria Economic Summit Group, Special Olympics of Nigeria (SON), African Business Roundtable, and is an Adviser to the African Leadership Academy. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of Africa Investor Magazine, and a member of the Institute of Directors in South Africa.
Foluso is a Chartered Management Accountant of the UK, and a Chartered Accountant of Nigeria. He holds a degree in Industrial Economics from the University of Wales’ Institute of Science & Technology, Cardiff, UK.

Lilian Olubi
Director
With over fifteen years of Capital Markets experience, Lilian Olubi, who is a founding partner of Primera Africa Finance Group serves as the Chief Executive Officer of its Brokerage business, Primera Africa Securities Limited.
Prior to this, she worked at Afrinvest Limited and was instrumental in refocusing the firm’s retail business. She oversaw its daily Private Client management activities and the coordination of various firm-wide marketing initiatives across its branches.
She began her Securities Trading career at CSL Stockbrokers where she worked in various capacities spanning Investment Management, Research and Operations before joining the Sales & Marketing team.
Lilian is a chartered stockbroker and authorized dealing clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, an associate of the Certified Pensions Institute of Nigeria and an alumna of the Lagos Business School. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Benin.

Timi Austen-Peters
Director
Timi Austen-Peters is a Notary Public of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. He is the Principal Partner at Austen-Peters & Co, a leading legal practice with expertise including Investment & Securities and Capital Market operations.
Before forming his practice, he was a legal consultant to the African Development Bank and a senior associate at Irving & Bonnar Solicitors. He also spent some time in the Geneva office of the United Nations. Timi is the author of the “Custody of Investments: Law & Practice” published in 2000.
He served as a member of the Nigerian Securities & Exchange Commission’s committee on Private Pension Fund Management. His academic qualifications include a doctorate in Law from the University of Oxford, an LLM from the University of Cambridge and an LLB from the London School of Economics.

Boye R. Olawoye
Founder/Group Managing Director
Boye is an accomplished business leader with broad domestic and international experience spanning over 20 years. He is the founder and current Group Managing Director of Primera Africa Finance Group (PAFG), where he provides overall fiscal, strategic and operations leadership to all the businesses within the Group.
Prior to setting up PAFG, Boye worked at Afrinvest West Africa Limited where he held several roles including Chief Strategy Officer of the firm and Co-head of its Investment Banking group. Before Afrinvest, he worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) group at UBS Investment Bank in New York, USA where he executed transactions in various sectors including healthcare, industrial and consumer products. He also worked in the Debt and Equity Capital Markets desk at Merrill Lynch in New York, USA.
Boye holds a B.B.A. Finance degree from Howard University, Washington, D.C. USA. He is also an Alumni of the Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University, Lagos, Nigeria, and has had several executive management programs during the course of his career.

Babatunde Alani Omidiran
Director
Babatunde Alani Omidiran is the executive chairman of Babs Allan Nigeria Limited, a leading dredging and marine services company in Lagos.
He previously served as an executive vice-chairman at Omidiran Enterprises Limited where he reformed and restructured the family business.
Over the years, he has been involved in major dredging projects in Ogun and Lagos States, including land reclamation, sand stock piling, waterways dredging, channelization and sand blasting.
Tunde holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Ibadan and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Bryant College, Rhode Island USA.

Adewale Adegbite

Wale Adegbite is the Group Managing Director of Oasis Group Limited, an investment company with activities in real estate, manufacturing, insurance and capital markets.
He previously worked at KPMG in the UK and Accenture in Nigeria where he gained experience in financial management and information technology consulting. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Sheffield, and a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics.
Wale is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Nigeria. He is also the vice chairman of the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria Ogun State Branch.

Gerald Anyasodo

Gerald Anyasodo is the Lead Economist for Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company Limited and is responsible for project economics evaluation and investment decision support for the Nigerian Deepwater Hydrocarbon Assets.
Prior to his engagement with Shell Nigeria, spanning over two decades to date and covering a variety of significant roles, he worked at Total Nigeria Plc as a sales engineer, marketing products and providing related services to industrial clients.
Gerald began his working career as a lecturer at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering followed by a Master of Engineering degree.

Mr Geday is the co-founder and a member of the Board of Directors of various companies such as Panther Investments Nigeria Limited, Soft Solutions Limited which is an IT Solution and Consulting Company, VACC Technical Ltd, a renowned Building Services Company and Alan Caray Technical and Logistics Limited, distributors of various high quality brands of Bathroom and Piping Solutions.

With over 23 years of work experience, Hauwa Abubakar Shuaib is a highly skilled Power Sector Consultant specializing in Revenue Cycle Management. She began her working career as an Investment Officer with Nigerian Agricultural and Cooperative Bank. Over the years, she has acquired high level operational expertise within the Power Industry in Nigeria in both Pre and Post privatisation periods. She was the General Manager, EKO Electricity Distribution Company where she led and managed the Billing Operations, Metering Services, Revenue Collection, loss Reduction strategies and Revenue enhancement among different customer classes and later transferred her services to NEPA (National Electric Power Authority) as a Marketing Manager.
Hauwa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria and a Master’s in Business Administration. She is a fellow of LEAD International Inc. (Leadership for Environment and Development) and a Member of NIM (Nigerian Institute of Management Chartered). She is currently the Power Sector Consultant for Soft Solutions Limited.
